梵語阿那含，華言不來，此聲聞第三果也。斷欲界思惑盡，不來欲界受生，故曰不來。

In Sanskrit 'anāgāmin', in Chinese 'non-returner'. This is the third fruition of a śrāvaka. Having severed all delusions of thought of the desire realm, one does not come to receive birth in the desire realm; hence it is called 'non-returning'.
