"Attained" means realizing while forgetting sentiment. "Neither truth" means not possessing conditioned marks; "nor falsehood" means being the substance of tathatā. Yet this tathatā is not a separate dharma; it is identical to all form and other dharmas, free from nature and free from marks, named the substance of tathatā, which only a Buddha together with a Buddha can realize. Therefore all dharmas are Buddha Dharmas. Although the substance of tathatā is not apart from all dharmas, it also cannot be grasped; hence it says: "are not all dharmas; therefore they are named all dharmas."
