此經以喻法為名，實相為體，無住為宗，斷疑為用，大乘為教相。

This sūtra takes metaphor and dharma as its title, the true mark as its substance, non-abiding as its fundamental principle, the severing of doubts as its function, and the Mahāyāna as its doctrinal character.
