菩薩能用般若妙智照了性空，本無四相，名降伏其心，否則非菩薩也。
When a bodhisattva can use the wondrous wisdom of prajñā to illuminate and understand the emptiness of nature, so that fundamentally there are no four marks, this is called subduing their minds; otherwise, one is not a bodhisattva.
