就其第二發起序中，大分有二：初佛世尊訖乞食緣，為前方便。二爾時諸比丘下，正時集眾以顯發起。

In the second initiating introduction, there are broadly two parts: first, from the Buddha, the World-Honored One, down to the circumstances of begging for food, serves as the preliminary expedients. Second, from 'At that time, the bhikṣus...' onward, gathering the assembly at the proper time to reveal the initiation.
