「復有十億」下，第二列居士眾。文四：一數、二名、三德、四結。今初可知。

From "there are further one billion" down, the second lists the assembly of householders. The text has four parts: first, the number; second, the name; third, the virtues; and fourth, the conclusion. The first part can now be known.
