「復有億億」下，二列欲界。文四：今初明數。「六欲諸天子」者，二明處。此六天中有小五欲，從初四天至他化自在為六也。「十善」等者，三歎德也。十善是因，生天是果報也。「功德皆成」者，四結也。

From "there are further billion billions" down, the second lists the desire realm. The text has four parts: now the first explains the number. "The devaputras of the six desire [heavens]": the second explains the place. In these six heavens there are minor five desires, from the first four [heavenly kings] up to Paranirmitavaśavartin, making six. "Ten virtues" and so on: the third is praising their virtues. The ten virtues are the cause; rebirth in the heavens is the retributive fruit. "All merits are fulfilled": the fourth is the conclusion.
