4.26

「住百萬微塵」下，八釋等觀地。《地經》作梵天王，王一千界；《瓔珞》云「梵師子瓔珞光光天王」。雙照真俗不相違，名為方便智。於入觀中能發神通，名神通智。

From "Abiding in a million dust-motes..." onward is the eighth [ground], explaining the ground of equanimous contemplation (acalā-bhūmi). The *Daśabhūmika Sūtra* says one becomes a Brahmā king, king over a thousand realms; the *Yingluo jing* says "Brahmā Lion Necklace Radiant Light Heavenly King." Simultaneously illuminating both the real and conventional without conflict is called expedient wisdom. Being able to produce spiritual penetrations while entering contemplation is called spiritual penetration wisdom.
