「復散妙覺花」下，第三散妙覺花。文四：一散花。「於虛空中」下，二花變為城，城即涅槃也。「城中師子吼」下，三化佛說法，即圓教中菩薩於別中說法也。「時城中菩薩」下，四化菩薩散花。

From "again scattered wondrous awakening flowers" onward is the third [part], scattering wondrous awakening flowers. The text has four parts: 1. scattering flowers; from "in empty space" onward, 2. the flowers transforming into a city—the city being nirvāṇa; from "a lion's roar within the city" onward, 3. the transformation Buddhas teaching the Dharma—that is, bodhisattvas of the perfect teaching teaching the Dharma within the distinctive [framework]; from "At that time the bodhisattvas within the city" onward, 4. the transformation bodhisattvas scattering flowers.
