七地四者，初住百萬億下，明所化土。二作初禪王下，明增上生相。《地經》作他化天王，《瓔珞經》千色光慧瓔珞作梵天王。三修百萬億法門下，明所知法門。四方便智下，明利他行相，以二智化眾生。

Regarding the four aspects of the Seventh Bhūmi: First, from "abides in a hundred thousand koṭis" onward, it clarifies the lands where transformation takes place. Second, from "becoming a king of the First Dhyāna" onward, it clarifies the marks of superior rebirth. The Bhūmi-sūtra says, "becomes a king of Paranirmitavaśavartin;" the Yingluo jing, under the Thousand-Color Light Wisdom Yingluo, says, "becomes a Brahmā king." Third, from "cultivates a hundred thousand koṭis of Dharma gates" onward, it clarifies the Dharma gates that are known. Fourth, from "expedient wisdom" onward, it clarifies the marks of practicing benefit for others, which is using the two wisdoms to transform sentient beings.
