「復次觀佛菩薩住寂滅忍者，從始發心至今，逕百萬阿僧祇劫，修百萬阿僧祇劫功德故，登一切法解脫住金剛臺。」

"Furthermore, Contemplating-Buddha Bodhisattva dwells in the patience of quiescence and extinction, having passed through a million asaṃkhyeya kalpas from the first generation of the thought [of enlightenment] until the present, and because of cultivating the merits of a million asaṃkhyeya kalpas, ascends to liberation from all phenomena and dwells on the vajra terrace."
