3.50

時諸下，品中大段第二發願。就文有二：初時諸天國王願三世諸佛常說般若；二願一切受持者下，願四眾所求如意，常行無所得般若也。

"At that time, all [the kings]..." onwards is the second major section in the chapter, making vows. In the text there are two [parts]: First, at that time all the celestial kings and rulers vowed that the buddhas of the three periods of time would constantly preach prajñā; second, from "may all who receive and uphold it..." onwards, they vowed that the four assemblies would fulfill their wishes as desired and constantly practice aprāptitva prajñā.
