"If a bodhisattva abides in ineffably ineffable Buddha-lands, becoming the Great Tranquillity Deva King of the Fourth Dhyāna and Lord of the Three Realms, cultivates ineffably ineffable Dharma gates, attains the samādhi of exhausting principle, shares the scope of practice of the Buddhas, exhausts the source of the three realms, and teaches and transforms all sentient beings according with the realm of the Buddhas. Therefore, the fundamental karma and practices of all bodhisattvas are pure. If the Tathāgatas of the ten directions also cultivate this karma, they ascend to the fruit of sarvajñā, become kings of the three realms, and transform all sentient beings."
