At that time, the great assembly, having heard King Moonlight praise the immeasurable treasure of merits of the fourteen kings, attained great Dharma benefits. Right in their seats, deva kings equal to the sands of ten Ganges Rivers, Brahmā kings equal to the sands of ten Ganges Rivers, and ghost and spirit kings equal to the sands of ten Ganges Rivers, down to the three destinies, attained the patience of the non-arising of dharmas. Asura kings of the eight classes transformed their ghost bodies on the spot, received the path in heaven, and entered the correct status in three births; or in four births, five births, up to ten births, entered the correct status, realized the sage nature, and attained all immeasurable fruits of retribution.
