"Abiding in existence, they constantly cultivate emptiness; dwelling in emptiness, they constantly perform myriad transformations, simultaneously illuminating all phenomena. Therefore, through the contemplation of the ten powers of sarvajñā, discerning what is possible and what is impossible and so forth, they are able to ascend to the rank of mahārāja, transform sentient beings in all lands, practice the Dharma of the ten powers for a thousand asaṃkhyeya kalpas, thought-moment by thought-moment in resonance, and constantly enter the samādhi of seeing the Buddha."
