釋曰：第三、別讚功德。依《本記》云「十住位中，一一皆有初入分、次住分、後出分，為言始住終生功德也。」

Explanation: Third, specifically praising their virtues. Relying on the *Original Record*, it says: "In the stage of the ten abodes, each and every one has an initial entering portion, a subsequent dwelling portion, and a final emerging portion; hence it is said: 'the virtues produced at the beginning, middle, and end'."
