釋曰：第二、別讚功德。謂勝處故，十善所感。通有二種，所謂報得及修得也。今謂神通，是其報得，欲界諸天不修定故。或可通二，義亦無傷。

Commentary: Second, individually praising their virtues. This refers to their superior realms being produced by the ten good deeds. Superknowledges are of two kinds: namely, attained by retribution and attained by cultivation. Here we take the spiritual superknowledges to be attained by retribution, because the gods of the desire realm do not cultivate meditative absorption. Alternatively, they may apply to both, and the meaning is not harmed.
