釋曰：第二、別讚功德。德有三種：一五戒德、二十善德、三三歸德。後信行具足者，總結具德。

Commentary: Second, individually praising their virtues. There are three kinds of virtues: first, the virtue of the five precepts; second, the virtue of the ten good deeds; third, the virtue of the three refuges. The subsequent phrase 'fully endowed with faithful practice' summarizes their endowment with virtues.
