釋曰：自下第二明其重化。文有兩節：初明眾集、後明眾說經。此即初也。
Commentary: From here on, the second [part] explains their repeated transformations. The text has two sections: first, it explains the gathering of the assembly; second, it explains the assembly expounding the sūtra. This is the first.
