釋曰：第五、教所被機。文別有二：初別敘讚德，後「他方」下總結集會。上來敘眾已訖，自下第二總結集會。文別有三：初明十二大眾集會、次明坐處分齊、後明坐儀。此即初也。

Commentary: Fifth, the capacities addressed by the teaching. The text has two distinct parts: first, it individually recounts and praises virtues; second, from 'from other directions' onward, it concludes the gathering in general. The recounting of the assemblies above has ended; from here on, the second [part] concludes the gathering in general. The text has three distinct parts: first, it explains the gathering of the twelve great assemblies; next, it explains the boundaries and extent of their seating places; finally, it explains the deportment of their seating. This is the first.
