釋曰：第三、覺悟如來。文別有三：初明此方設樂覺悟如來、次他方設樂、後明共設樂覺悟如來。此即初也。文別有二：初明三類設樂，謂一月光王、次十八梵天、後六欲諸天。二聲動三千等者，顯聲勢力，如經可知。

Commentary: Third, awakening the Tathāgata. In the text there are distinctly three: first, explaining the provision of music in this realm to awaken the Tathāgata; second, the provision of music from other realms; third, explaining the joint provision of music to awaken the Tathāgata. This is the first. In the text there are distinctly two: first, explaining the three categories that provide music, namely, first King Moonlight, second the eighteen Brahmā heavens, and third the heavens of the six desire realms. Second, "the sound shook the three-thousand[-fold world]" and so forth displays the power of the sound, which can be understood from the sūtra.
