釋曰：自下第二如來正答。於中有二：初標宗略答、後「法若」下依宗廣釋。此即略答。謂摩訶衍見非非法，以證空故。

Exposition: Below, this is the second part: the Tathāgata's correct answer. Within this there are two parts: first, presenting the thesis with a brief answer; and later, from “If dharmas” onward, expanding the explanation according to the thesis. This is the brief answer. It means that the Mahāyāna sees non-non-dharmas because it realizes emptiness.
