釋曰：第二類釋。謂如初剎那，餘諸剎那亦如是法生法住法滅。梵音剎那，此云極促時也。具足應言即空，准可知故，略而不說。

Exposition: Second, analogous explanation. It means that just like the first kṣaṇa, the other kṣaṇas are also such that dharmas arise, dharmas abide, and dharmas cease. The Sanskrit word kṣaṇa is translated here as an extremely brief measure of time. Completely, one should also say “are precisely empty”; because it can be known by inference, it is omitted for brevity and not stated.
