釋曰：第二、明業空。謂欲界中具起六識，起無量欲，發業受生。此中文意，即說彼業名之為藏，攝藏果故；或即彼業以為業果，由諸煩惱所發故。

Commentary: Second, clarifying the emptiness of karma. This means that in the desire realm, one fully gives rise to the six consciousnesses, generates immeasurable desires, and initiates karma to undergo birth. The meaning of the text here is that it calls that karma a storehouse because it stores and gathers results; or alternatively, that very karma is taken as the karmic fruit, because it is initiated by all the afflictions.
