釋曰：此即第二如來正答。於中有二：先略、後廣。此即略答。文有三節：初明業所依地，謂從極喜乃至法雲。

Explanation: This is the second part, the Tathāgata's direct answer. In this there are two parts: first brief, then detailed. This is the brief answer. The text has three sections: first, clarifying the stages that the karma relies upon, meaning from the Pramuditā up to the Dharmameghā.
