釋曰：第二、化土寬狹。若准前文言百萬億，略舉大數，故言萬億。

Commentary: Second, the extent of the transformation realm. If based on the previous text mentioning 'a million kotis', it merely cites a large number, hence it says 'ten thousand kotis'.
