釋曰：第五、有半偈歎佛快說。文有兩節：初句讚佛快說諸王、後句申己讚說之意。

The commentary states: Fifth, there is half a verse praising the Buddha's delightful expounding. The text has two sections: the first line praises the Buddha delightfully expounding [the Dharma to] the kings; the subsequent line conveys his own intention to praise and expound.
