釋曰：第四、現在安樂住。言八部阿修羅者，四天王住下有四阿修羅王：一羅睺阿修羅、二毘摩質多羅、三波利、四毘樓闍。須彌山下又有四大阿修羅：一陀㝹、二富樓魔、三波羅訶、四兜牟樓。

The commentary states: Fourth, dwelling in present peace and bliss. Regarding the 'asuras of the eight classes': below the dwelling of the Four Heavenly Kings there are four asura kings: first, Rāhu Asura; second, Vimalacitra; third, Bali; fourth, Virocana. Below Mount Sumeru there are also four great asuras: first, Dhanu; second, Puloma; third, Prahāda; fourth, Tumburu.
