釋曰：第七、未來樂住。既聞聖教得生報，後報無量果也。又云：就得益中，文別有二：初明總益，謂眾聞法；後「即於」下，顯其別益。謂諸天鬼神，乃至人畜地獄，得初地無生法忍，餘文大同前說。雖有兩說，且依前說，地獄能得初地無生，不應理故。

The commentary states: Seventh, dwelling in future bliss. Having heard the noble teaching, they attain retribution in the next life, and subsequent retribution that is immeasurable fruition. It is also said: In explaining the benefits obtained, the text is divided into two parts: first, explaining the general benefit, namely that the assembly hears the Dharma; afterward, from 'right on' downward, showing their specific benefits, namely that heavenly beings, ghosts, spirits, and even humans, animals, and hell-dwellers attain the anutpattika-dharma-kṣānti of the first bhūmi; the rest of the text is largely the same as the previous explanation. Although there are two explanations, we temporarily follow the previous explanation, because it is unreasonable for hell-dwellers to be able to attain the anutpattika-kṣānti of the first bhūmi.
