釋曰：第二、約人明不思議。文別有二：初明菩薩無境而行亦不思議、後明諸佛如幻境中行化眾生亦不思議。或先結後文佛菩薩藏，後結前文佛藏不思議。

Explanation: Second, clarifying the inconceivable in terms of persons. The text has two distinct parts: first, clarifying that the bodhisattva's practice without an object is also inconceivable; second, clarifying that the buddhas' practice of converting sentient beings within an illusory realm is also inconceivable. Alternatively, it first concludes the later text's Buddha and Bodhisattva Piṭaka, and afterward concludes the earlier text's Buddha Piṭaka as inconceivable.
