問：灌頂菩薩其位勝王，如何說德不及月光？解云：就位而論，王即不及菩薩；今佛加護，王勝菩薩。

Question: An anointed bodhisattva's stage is superior to that of a king; how can it be said that their merit does not equal King Moonlight's? The explanation says: If discussed in terms of stage, the king indeed does not equal the bodhisattva; but here, with the Buddha's empowerment and protection, the king surpasses the bodhisattva.
