釋曰：第二、歎用勸修。於中有三：初正歎勸修；次「何以故」者，大王反徵；後「一切佛」下廣釋。前中二：初正歎勸修、後「若一切」下，顯無異路。此即初也。謂善男子如是十四法門，一切眾生、三乘諸佛，乃至未來諸佛之所修習。

Explanation: Second, praising the function and exhorting practice. Herein there are three: first, directly praising and exhorting practice; next, 'why is this', the great king questions in return; finally, from 'all buddhas' onward, explaining at length. In the first, there are two: first, directly praising and exhorting practice; next, from 'if all' onward, revealing that there is no other path. This is the first. It means that, good son, these fourteen Dharma gates are practiced by all sentient beings, the buddhas of the three vehicles, and even all future buddhas.
