釋曰：自下第二答第三問無倒化生。文別有三：初牒前問、次佛正答、後「時諸無量」下時眾得益。此即初也。謂佛牒前第三問，假實門中何相眾生可化。

Explanation: From here below, the second part answers the third question regarding converting sentient beings without error. The text has three distinct parts: first, taking up the earlier question; next, the Buddha's direct answer; finally, from 'at that time, the immeasurable' onward, the contemporary assembly gaining benefit. This is the first. That is, the Buddha takes up the earlier third question: within the gates of designation and reality, what characteristics of sentient beings can be converted?
