釋曰：第三、約時辨成眾生色心。謂由種子，從初一念至於金剛，於中生不可說異熟識為本，成眾生色心。

Commentary: Third, discerning the formation of the matter and mind of sentient beings with respect to time. This means that due to seeds, from the very first thought-moment up to vajra, producing the ineffable retribution consciousness within it as the root, the matter and mind of sentient beings are formed.
