釋曰：第三、總結。一色生十種色，謂五根、五境，略而不說法處色也。一心於十二處能生意根，於十八界能生六識及與意界。而釋中不說者，為存略故。

Commentary: Third, the general conclusion. One matter produces ten kinds of matter, namely the five faculties and the five cognitive objects, omitting without mentioning the matter of the sphere of mental objects. One mind, among the twelve āyatanas, can produce the mental faculty (manas), and among the eighteen realms can produce the six consciousnesses and the mental realm. That they are not spoken of in the commentary is for the sake of preserving brevity.
