釋曰：第二、有無分別門。謂於俗諦門中有假者故，名之為有。非實性故，亦說為無。如是受假，世諦假，誑幻故有而非實有。

Commentary: Second, the approach of differentiation by existence and non-existence. This means that because there is a designated agent within the approach of conventional truth, it is called “existent”; because it has no real nature, it is also spoken of as “non-existent.” Such a designation of appropriation is a conventional designation; because it is deceptive and illusory, it exists, but it does not really exist.
