釋曰：第三、不行空。謂若依文字不悟如者，如諸部等，不行空也。
The commentary states: Third, not practicing emptiness. That is to say, if relying on words and letters one does not awaken to suchness, as in the various [Hīnayāna] sects, one does not practice emptiness.
