釋曰：此即第二依時屬當。謂諸佛未成佛，以當佛為智母，用法身報身為智母。未得為性者，在因位中，行性理性以為佛性。已得為薩波若者，至果位中，法身本覺、報身妙覺，為一切智也。

The commentary states: This is the second [part], assigning them according to time. That is to say, when the buddhas have not yet achieved buddhahood, they take future buddhahood as the mother of wisdom, using the dharmakāya and saṃbhogakāya as the mother of wisdom. "Not yet attained is the nature": in the causal stage, the practice-nature and principle-nature serve as the buddha-nature. "What has already been attained is sarvajñā": in the fruitional stage, the original awakening of the dharmakāya and the marvelous awakening of the saṃbhogakāya serve as omniscience.
