釋曰：自下第二就三諦以明諸法。文別有三：初明三諦攝一切法、次列三諦名、後引說證成。此即初也。

Exposition: The second section from here onward clarifies all phenomena in terms of the three truths. The text has three parts: first, clarifying that the three truths subsume all phenomena; next, listing the names of the three truths; finally, citing teachings to corroborate and establish them. This is the first.
