釋曰：第四、明發行種子。文別有三：初總標，以十五心為首；次列十五心；後總結。此即總標。十五心為發行本種。

Explanation: The fourth [section] clarifies the seeds of initiating practice. The text has three parts: first, a general designation, taking the fifteen minds as foremost; next, listing the fifteen minds; finally, a general summary. This is the general designation. The fifteen minds are the fundamental seeds for initiating practice.
