2.60

釋曰：第二、列十五心。謂四攝等四門功德，便成十五心功德也。言弘願，如《瓔珞經》說：願一切眾生，度苦斷集、證滅修道，名四弘願。具說如彼。

Explanation: The second [section] lists the fifteen minds. That is, the merits of the four gates such as the four means of gathering constitute the merits of the fifteen minds. As for 'vast vows', it is as the *Yingluo jing* states: vowing that all sentient beings cross beyond suffering, sever the origination [of suffering], realize cessation, and cultivate the path—these are called the four vast vows. They are fully explained as therein.
