2.66

釋曰：第二、明其除障。謂此位中斷緣心煩惱繫縛，名心煩惱縛。或望前位色煩惱麁顯，此位中心煩惱細，故喻於心。所言等者，等心所也。

Explanation: The second [section] clarifies their removal of hindrances. In this stage, severing the fetters of afflictions that take the mind as object is called the bond of mind-afflictions. Alternatively, viewed in contrast with the form-afflictions of the previous stage which are crude and apparent, the mind-afflictions in this stage are subtle, and are thus compared to the mind. What is meant by 'etc.' is: equaling the mental factors as well.
