釋曰：第二、明除障也。謂於前位已斷色心煩惱，今此位中所斷微細，名心色等習。
Explanation: The second [section] clarifies the removal of hindrances. Having already severed form- and mind-afflictions in the previous stages, what is severed now in this stage is subtle, and is named the habits of mind, form, and so forth.
