釋曰：第二、散般若華。文有四節：一諸王散華、二「於虛空」下華變為臺、三「臺中」下化佛說法、四「臺中」下化佛說法眾散華。

Explanation: The second [part] is scattering prajñā flowers. The text has four segments: first, the kings scatter flowers; second, from "in empty space" downward, the flowers transform into a dais; third, from "in the dais" downward, the transformation buddhas teach the Dharma; fourth, from "in the dais" downward, the assembly of the transformation buddhas teaching the Dharma scatters flowers.
