釋曰：第二、請也。開謂開發。道即聖道。於人法境開發空慧，名空法道。此中問意：諸佛所說甚深般若，難說難識。云何諸善男子於此經中明了覺解？依何觀門為諸眾生開法空道？

Explanation: Second is the request. "Open" means to disclose. "Path" is the noble path. To disclose the wisdom of emptiness with respect to the objects of persons and dharmas is called "the path to the emptiness of dharmas." The intention of the question here is: The profound prajñā spoken by the buddhas is difficult to speak of and difficult to know. How do all these good sons clearly awaken and comprehend in this sūtra? Relying on what contemplative gateway do they open the path to the emptiness of dharmas for all sentient beings?
