釋曰：自下第二次第別釋十三法師，分為十三。此即第一釋習種性。文別有五：一標位列名、二辨類差別、三行業不同、四舉劣顯勝、五入位時分。此即第一標位列名。謂十三法師中，第一法師名習種性菩薩。

Explanation: From here down is the second part, explaining the thirteen Dharma masters separately in succession, divided into thirteen sections. This is the first, explaining the lineage of practice. The text has five distinct parts: first, marking the stage and listing the name; second, distinguishing their categories; third, the differences in their practices and deeds; fourth, citing the inferior to reveal the superior; and fifth, the time of entering the stage.
