釋曰：第二、受報勝劣。文別有三：初標、次徵、後釋。此即總標。雖心寂靜，而受生三界果報。

Commentary: Second, the superiority and inferiority of receiving retribution. The text has three parts: first, the statement; second, the query; and third, the explanation. This is the general statement. Although their minds are tranquil, they undergo birth as retribution in the three realms.
