釋曰：第三、入藏時分。謂於此地無漏觀成，攝藏一切諸功德門，由斯別立功德藏門。理應諸位應有此門，以非初故，故不別立。此中意說四阿僧祇行諸行故，入此藏門。有釋：此文准上下文，應置一切淨土已後方說此文。所以者何？四劫滿當入後位故。

Explanation: Third, the time of entering the treasury. In this bhūmi, uncontaminated contemplation is accomplished, gathering and storing all gates of merit; because of this, the gate of the treasury of merit is distinctively established. In principle, all stages should have this gate, but because they are not the first, it is not distinctively established [there]. What is meant here is that by practicing the various practices for four asaṃkhyeyas, one enters this treasury gate. There is an explanation: judging from the context above and below, this text should be placed after 'all pure lands' before being stated. Why is this? Because when four kalpas are complete, one should enter the subsequent stage.
