釋曰：第三、入位時分。闍陀波羅，若依《本記》，翻為滿足力。謂五大劫行大慈觀，常現前故，智力滿足，化諸眾生故，亦入闍陀波羅位，亦云離闍、亦名無畏。

Explanation: Third, the temporal stage of entering the rank. As for *jātadhara* (闍陀波羅), if relying on the *Original Record*, it is translated as 'fulfilling power'. It means that because for five great kalpas one practices the contemplation of great benevolence, constantly manifesting it, one's power of wisdom is fulfilled, and because one converts all sentient beings, one also enters the rank of *jātadhara*, which is also called *licchavi* (離闍) and also named 'fearless'.
