釋曰：第三：行位時分。以七大劫行五神通及波羅蜜故，於滿分中，如上功德，常不離心也。
Explanation: Third: the temporal stage of the rank of practice. Because for seven great kalpas one practices the five superknowledges and pāramitās, at the stage of completion, the aforesaid virtues never depart from the mind.
